At Print My Plates, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our wall plate covers are custom-made to your specifications, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if there’s an error with your order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@printmyplates.com or call 888-771-3747.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo of the product.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for next steps.
REFUNDS
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes plans change!

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at help@printmyplates.com or 888-771-3747 as soon as possible.

Cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not yet entered production. Once customization has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

If your cancellation is confirmed before production starts, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
OTHER INFORMATION
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless they are damaged or incorrect.
